We’re getting ready to leave the cold Georgia weather behind and head to Cancun for a wedding tomorrow. Since I can’t wait for the sunshine, I’m in the mood for beach pictures! We got together with one of our associate photographers, Tiffany and her husband Stephen in Destin, Florida for a Trash the Dress session. Enjoy!

This is going to be a long one… :) Amber joined the 35 Atlanta team back in 2007. We were SO excited when Tim popped the question and even more excited when they asked us to photograph the wedding… in Jamaica! Amber and Tim chose to rent out Coral Cove. It’s a small resort outside of Montego Bay in the town of Little Bay. The really cool thing about this resort is how secluded and personal it is. There were 3 Jamaican ladies in the kitchen that cooked all the meals so you know it was real Jamaican cooking! Everyone sat around the tables together to eat. It was a very different experience from being at a big resort!

We have many, many favorites from Amber and Tim’s wedding… here are a few of them.

They used flowers from the resort to make all of the decorations for the ceremony and reception.

Amber’s brother, Benjamin and Tim’s sister, Dana each did a reading.

These next few are from the Trash the Dress session we did with Amber and Tim the Monday after the wedding (hours before we got on the plane to come home).

Amber and Tim decided to do a low-key bonfire reception. After dinner, everyone sat around a bonfire and talked… it was awesome and so relaxed!

This sword has been in Tim’s family for a really long time. Don’t ask how his mother got it through customs! ;)

Amber did a sister / brother dance to “You Are My Sunshine.”
